What is Punktastic Recordings?
Punktastic Recordings is a record label based in Scunthorpe, UK, via Grimsby, London and Leeds. We have been going since June 2004 and have released 10 records. We release CDs and vinyl from some of our favourite UK bands. We have three members of staff – Paul, Mark and Andy.

You can get our records from our own webstore, http://punktastic.bigcartel.com and in record stores across the UK through Plastic Head Distribution (PHD).

What is your Return Policy?
Please contact paul@punktastic.com if an item is despatched to you and is not to your satisfaction. We will aim to resolve the issue within 30 days. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us – this may lead to a delay in dealing with your issue. Items can only be returned if they are unplayed or unworn.

If you have a problem with any The Maple State t-shirt order, you MUST email themaplestate@hotmail.com Punktastic is in no way responsible for any problems that may arise on the band’s t-shirts.

How Long Until I Receive What I've Ordered?
We aim to despatch all CD orders the following day. However, please allow 7 days for your order.

T-Shirts are despatched by the relevant band and Punktastic has absolutely no control over when they will be despatched.

We will email you if there will be any kind of extensive delay. For obvious reasons, international orders will take longer.

Can I buy your items for my store?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
